Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our handmade products! Each of our designs are crafted with love and care, and we want to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle shipping and deliveries.

All of our designs are handmade, which means they take 3-7 business days to be crafted before they are shipped, this time period depends on availability and demand. 

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at addison@ineverythread.com and we will do our best to make any necessary changes before your order ships. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. If you've received an item in the wrong size, color, or material, we are happy to exchange it for the correct version, if available. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
 

How to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at addison@ineverythread.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (for damaged or defective items).

  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Return Process: Please package the item securely and return it using a trackable shipping method to the address provided with your RA number.

  4. Processing Your Return or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.
